Hello!

First post, forgive the newb...install was great, no problems, only issues are with my desired settings.

I am shooting with a 5d3 on lexar pro 1066X 128gb card, running nightly.2014aug07.5d3123 from a sandisk extreme 32gb card, and am having trouble working out the kinks...

I am unable to record above 11920x1080 @ 30fps and get the error message "...not possible in current video mode (max 1920)" AND when shooting at 1080x1920/30 I only get 14 seconds AT BEST before frames are dropped. Also getting "prepare" notification before actual recording begins, creating an unwelcome lag time...I shoot surfing and need the fastest response times and highest resolution possible.

I have tried turning off all other features, formatted card to EXFAT, zoom, etc, to no avail...help?

Please... :(

Start by running a Benchmark test in camera on your card. Then go back and look at the resolution you selected it will tell you what you need to run continuous.

Second look around on the forums for answers these are all basic newb everyday posts...
