Reframe similar to digital dolly

Is it possible to use the digital dolly feature or part of it to move the frame up or down a few pixels? I'm using an anamorphic with a 50mm on full frame, which leaves a lil bit of a vignette off centre. Using digital dolly shifts it all over, but I'm looking to just shift it a few pixels up.
