I am using the nightly build for the 700D/t5i, overwriting firmware 1.1.3.
The camera shuts off after 30mins which is the norm without ML.
I am not sure how to keep the camera for longer than 30mins..

Can anybody help?

30 minutos reducing the h264 bit rate to 0,4 it's the maximum continuous.

I already answered this question twice for you in IRC.

ItsMeLenny,

I didn't see your last response.. I turned the chat off.. and what you said previously in the chat, I didn't understand.

I did turn the bitrate down to CBR .4.

Budafilms,

So you are saying that 30 mins is the max, for the 700D/T5i? It runs 30mins without ML. ?

Also.. is..

Sticky HalfShutter

This will make the half-shutter press sticky (so you no longer have to hold it pressed).

Tip: use this to prevent the camera from turning off LiveView after 30 minutes.

Is this option not available for the 700D Nightly Build?

Is there another build for the 700D that I could use that would have it? So that I can use the camera longer than 30mins?

I know on my 650d running ML that I had to go in Canon menu to turn off Auto Shutdown which was set to 15mins. Somehow Canon setting over rides ML

In my case with 70D Cannon setting not overrides ML.. I turned off auto shutdown in cannon, but it still do it after 30 mins. Any way to make it work longer than that?
