5d MkII Audio consistantly a few frames out of sync

I've been running ML on my 5DII for a few years now and have recently noticed the footage is always a few frames out of Sync.
We use a Tascam DR100 and run an audio feed from the Tascam into the miniport of the 5D with sescom mini to mini that converts the signal from  line level to mic level.  Has anyone else run into this sync problem?
