Problem filming RAW or MLV

hello, didn´t find an answer to this anywhere so i will ask here!
When i convert my videos to dng (i´ve tried ginger hdr and mlvtodng) i get this grid in the middle of the picture... i guess it has to do with the sensor ... but i´m just gessing... anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it?

Are you on a 600d 650d or EOSM...

I'm not sure if it is what I think it is but, search pink dot remover.
