You can't have different settings, but different configuration of what is on and what is off.
of example you can have disp 0 with zebra On and disp 1 with focus peak, disp 2 with Waveform and disp 3 with false color
But you can't have disp 1 with one crop marks and disp 2 with another one..
I'm using ML2.3 for photography with:
EOS 600DML | EOS 400Dplus | EOS 5D MLbeta5- EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro  - EF-S 17-85mm f4-5.6 IS USM - EF 70-200mm f/4 L USM - 580EXII - OsX, PS, LR, RawTherapee, LightZone -no video experience-

what about white shift?

Francis

Do you mean white balance? Display presets are just for liveview settings. So whatever combination of options under the liveview menu can be saved in up to 4 presets.
