Raw Video Dual Iso workflow?

I made some Raw Dual iso videos. Every frame is "interleaved" with lines in different ISO's after I used mlv2dng.exe. They are similar to the cr2 files I get after using dual iso in Photography mode. The thing is for cr2 I have cr2hdr.exe to convert the images, but for dng's I don't have any converter. What am I missing here? Thanks!
