Hi
There is the option to
Make a silent picture when it is in focus
Very nice, but only in the video hd resolution :(
While making a silent picture when in focus is ideal for wildlife photography
The native picture resolution of a 5DMKII in silent mode when in focus

Is that a can do?
Or a no can do?

Thanks

Hi
the when-in-focus-capture-dng works and for video that is great (although the resolution seems <1920-1080)

could the same be used somehow to capture still photography using the :when in in focus capture to dng but in a still native resolution of picture quality 5616 × 3744 so not to be used for frames in HD video but for photography purposes

thank you

Hi
when not using digital, but manual prime lenses via an adapter (lets say hasselblad lens on a canon 5dmkii)
the lens will always be mentioned in the exif as a 50mm lens (somehow) although it is a 80mm for example
i can program some adapters so they mention the right f and mm in the exif but the programming is very unhandy

solution- enhancement request
make it easy to make (or import a list from a longer list of all lenses, so you do not have to type in all the data)
thus easy to show and choose the short list of lenses that will be used for the specific camera in magic lantarn
i.e.
hasselblad 40mm, f4
hasselblad 50mm f4
hasselblad 80mm f2.8

the only thing then to do before the recording is to choose the lens that is attached to it
let magic lantarn write to exif and other lens specific data
so that data in the edit that could be visible , if only in the name of the file
