What's the easiest way to convert MLV video files to CR2 photo files to color correct and grade in Adobe Camera RAW and finally make into jpeg photo files or convert DNG to CR2 for the same reason? I think I now how to change DNG's to jpegs but I'd rather work with RAW photo files first. Thanks.

In AfterEffects when I use and apply Adobe Camera Raw to my Magic Lantern DNG files and then export out as a movie file when I play back the footage the settings for the video (brightness, color correcting, etc.) starts to vary extremely when the camera moves with different lighting and objects are showed. In other words, its not consistent. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks.

7D (1728 x 1152)  /  5DIII (1920 x 1280) = 7D records at 90% the resolution compared to the 5dIII?

Am I doing the math right here?

Being able to shoot natively aspect ratios in h.264 the way you can in MLV or RAW using ML would be awesome. Can you imagine shooting H.262 with x3 CBR settings in native aspect ratios, in addition with VisionColor picture profiles? I wonder how many people would use this instead of shooting RAW or MLV. Don't get me wrong, RAW and MLV are better especially when it comes to dynamic range but they also have a lot of headaches to work around.
