Getting back at it again I notice I have a ram dump I think , I'm no sure how & when I did this .
Was looking at the LOG folder with the rom0.bin & rom1.bin files and there a "RAM4.BIN"
so would I decompile it like it's done for the ROM's ? I uploaded to my bitbucket download page here (https://bitbucket.org/reddeercity/magic-lantern_10-12bit/downloads/RAM4.BIN) , if anyone what to look at it , file size is 256 MB .
