Cool. Very clean image. Are you using anamorphic lenses? On minute 1:18 the DOF seems a bit distorted, like on anamorphic footages...
@bpv5p - No. It was 35mm Rokinon Cine DS Lens. I love the clean image also but I did add a bit of grain through DaVinci Resolve.
I think the best way to add Grain to a DNG is the process below.

Also I used ImpulZ LUTs - Kodak 250d and 4K Film Grain

Interesting. I don't like computer generated grain, because it's perfectly uniform. The beauty of analog grain is that it has differences in density through the scan and irregular grain (form and size). I myself use Cinegrain on Premiere Pro (changing blending mode and controlling intensity with contrast levels).
About the LUT, I use ImpulZ too, it's very good. But I find it better to first use a _CIN lut and then convert using the Cineon D55 LUT. It gives better preservation (at least visually).
