Title: How do I view my MLV files FULLY?
Post by: cmaldonado on May 11, 2017, 12:40:21 AM
So I only been shooting with Magic Lantern for a month now and have only used mlrawviewer to view and convert my files to MOV/DNG. However, I recently used Magic Lantern on a short film project and when looking at my footage in mlrawviewer, I can only view 50 seconds of my clips even though I know some takes went at least up to 2 minutes.

If I use another program such as MLVFS on my mac, will I be able to view the entirety of my take? Or, is the some other issue I have overlooked?

I am on a small time crunch so any and all help is greatly appreciated  :D

Make sure to transfer *all* file chunks for postprocessing. Most likely you have copied <filename>.MLV only and ignored all consecutive chunks named M00, M01 and so on.
